Interest list | Jong TNO x HR sessions questionnaire
In the past, Jong TNO and HR have organized various sessions to explain different HR topics, such as the Employee Engagement Survey (EES) (or Medewerkersbetrokkenheid onderzoek (MBO)) during the Jong TNO x HR lunch session last March. These sessions were organized in response to your feedback from the Jong TNO member survey.
Despite our efforts, we have noticed little interest, few registrations, and low attendance at these sessions. This made us question the impact and relevance of these events.
We would like to understand the reasons behind this lack of participation. Your feedback by answering the 4 question in this form will help us enormously. The results will help us determine how to proceed with future Jong TNO and HR sessions.
