Do you feel like meeting new people online is challenging? Finding it to be a bit more difficult to talk to people from the home office? Missing the accessible low-key conversations at the coffee machine? Try Icebreaker Roulette!
Icebreaker Roulette is an online event where you talk and get to know each other better. Each edition has a theme. Based on this theme, a small ‘flash card’ will be sent to you and needs to be filled in before the event – with information about yourself! Right before the event starts, all flash cards will be shuffled, and each participant gets someone else’s card.
At the event, we first get comfortable with each other and get BYO refreshments, for which 5 euros can be declared to JongTNO. When ready, everyone gets a few minutes to present the flash card of another person with their own flair, imagination and creativity. After each flash card is presented, the “owner” of the card will pick up the story of the presenter, rectify some information, and explain their flash card in further detail. The thematic flash cards are there to give you a kick-start, the rest will be just like low-key chats at the coffee machine!
This time around the theme is: Getting to know each other –Gotta Catch ‘Em All! During the corona crisis loads of new JongTNO’ers started. But we never had a chance to meet ‘in the wild’ yet. So make sure you know your best skills, attacks and defenses for this round of Icebreaker Roulette. Cause we Gotta Catch ‘Em All!
