Join TNO’s cycling group!
The number of bicycles sold, empty shelves, and bankrupt bicycle shops show that cycling as a sport has really taken of during Corona. However, due to Corona we also don’t talk as much in the pantries at TNO so we can imagine that not everyone has realized that TNO also has a cycling group!
In normal circumstances, this cycling group has an activity every month. This can be a social ride, tour or multi-day event at different levels. This is also organized for different disciplines.
The first event in the agenda is on August 28, 2021 in Belgium, where there will be a one-day tour in the Ardennes Vélomédiane Claudy Criquiélion | Premiere cyclosportive belge (velomediane.com). You can register for this tour until August 8 by sending an email to Egon Janssen stating your name, date of birth and distance (173 or 99km). If you would like to cycle along with the planned tour or if you would like to cycle with people from TNO in your area now and then, you can let Amy Houtkamp know and she’ll add you the SV. As a member of the cycling SV you are also the first to be informed of all information about ordering TNO cycling clothing (another order round is expected to be organized early next year).
