Rowan Hordijk, an organizational anthropologist, has been the driving force behind COFS (Circles of Future Skills) since 2018. With extensive experience as a People & Strategy Consultant at EY, Rowan has advised several Fortune 500 companies. Through COFS, he empowers professionals with the skills needed to tackle the complexities of the 21st century.
