ICA Young Professionals - Thriving as global leaders Workshop
Background
Young aspiring leaders often face several challenges as they seek to establish themselves and make an impact. Specially in a globalised world, working and leading a multicultural workforce requires skills to navigate cultures to be able to build trust, motivate and persuade in order to be an effective global leader.
Objective of the workshop

- Enhance cultural competence and global awareness
- Improve interpersonal & intercultural communication and adaptability

Aspiring leaders and people who are interested in the subject of navigating cultures to become thriving global leaders working and leading multicultural teams.

Through a highly interactive workshop participants will learn from each other and obtain practical tools to understand (global) leadership and implement it in their daily life and work.
