Join us for the first-ever “young” TO2 Gala! 

We’re thrilled to invite you to the first-ever young TO2 Gala on Friday, 21st February 2025 in Utrecht at the Winkel van Sinkel, meant to bring together young professionals from across all TO2 institutes: TNO, WUR, NLR, MARIN and Deltares! 

This is going to be an unforgettable evening filled with elegance, entertainment, and extraordinary company. We can't wait to celebrate with you and make this night truly special.

Central Welcome: We’ll start the night with an inspiring introduction to kick off the event.

Mixed-Institute Pub Quiz: Join forces with colleagues from different TO2 institutes for a fun and engaging quiz!

Party: End the evening with music, dancing, and great conversations.

👗 Dress code: Something festive and gala-like. You’re welcome to wear your white- or black tie, but do not feel obliged. It's most important to wear what you feel comfortable in.

🍽️ Food: Dinner is not included, however there will be some vegetarian and vegan snacks. We will be requesting gluten-free and peanut-free options. There are plenty of nice restaurants in Utrecht to enjoy a bite with your fellow gala-go’ers before the evening.

🍹 Drinks: There will be an open bar

🪑 Plenty of seating around the venue: For people who might need to rest their feet, there are plenty of seats and booths around the venue where you can relax.

👯 Plus ones: The event does not allow plus ones, due to limited spots.

🧥 Wardrobe: Yes, there will be a wardrobe, but it will be unattended so leave your valuables at home or take it with you.

👟 The program might need you to stand for a while: So wear your dressy shoes, but think of bringing sneakers to can switch to. 

🤝 Is this just a party with a dress code? Is this just a party with a dress code? It's a party with a dress code and also a networking event where you can hopefully find new, like-minded friends or colleagues that will inspire collaboration between TO2 institutes!"                       

💰Costs: Approx. €30,- per person, exact cost will be modified after the event.

❗ Cancellation Policy: If you cannot join after having secured a spot, please let us know as soon as possible. So we can invite someone from the reserve list. A no-show fee will be applied of 20 euro's on top of the event price itself.
