Join us for the first-ever “young” TO2 Gala! 

We’re thrilled to invite you to the first-ever young TO2 Gala on Friday, 21st February 2025 in Utrecht at the Winkel van Sinkel, meant to bring together young professionals from across all TO2 institutes: TNO, WUR, NLR, MARIN and Deltares! 

How can I register?

Important‼️ Registration requires 3 steps, upon confirmation of all, you’ll have secured a spot:

• Register on JTNO website, after which you will receive a JTNO registration email (automatic email).
• Fill in registration form before December 18 2024 17:00.
• Receive a confirmation email from organizers (manual email) before Christmas.

There are only limited spots available per institute and registrations will be confirmed later on a first come first serve basis. For now 80 out of 250 spots are reserved for TNO, if more become available in the future we will let those on the reserve list know.

What to expect?

• Central Welcome: We’ll start the night with an inspiring introduction to kick off the event.

• Mixed-Institute Pub Quiz: Join forces with colleagues from different TO2 institutes for a fun and engaging quiz!

• Party: End the evening with music, dancing, and great conversations.

Why attend?

• Build connections with young professionals from across the TO2 institutes.

• Exchange ideas and become inspired from your peers in a relaxed and informal setting.

• Enjoy an evening of splendour, filled with music, dancing, drinks, snacks, a lovely location and wonderful interactions.

Practicalities

• Starting time: Walk-in from 18:30, official welcome at 19:00.

• Costs: Approx. €30,- per person, exact cost will be modified after the event.

• Food and drinks: There will be an open bar and bites in between. Make sure to grab dinner beforehand with your fellow gala-goers.

Cancellation disclaimer

• If you cannot join after having secured a spot (having received a confirmation email), please let us know as soon as possible.
• A no-show fee will be applied of 20 euro's on top of the event price itself.
