Gliding in Venlo
Have you ever wanted to soar like a bird and leave all your troubles behind on the ground to glide between the clouds? By gliding you can achive this. Long distances (up to 1000 kilometers in a single flight!) can be reached by using rising air currents .
Note: We cannot guarantee the flights will take place, rain or thunderstorms means we cannot fly.
JongTNO offers you the chance to get a taste of gliding. With an experienced glider you can make a startflight of 5 to 15 minutes. The flight will take place on Friday the 10th of May between 17:30 and 19:00 at the Venlo Eindhoven Zweefvliegclub in Venlo. There are only 15 spots available!
Venlo is easy to reach by: train+ov-bike or by car (+/- 1,5 hour from Utrecht, +/- 2 hours from The Hague).
Use Google Maps to navigate, other navigation systems have trouble finding the correct route to the airport.
