About Unwind Your Mind

Unwind Your Mind (UYM) is Jong TNO's committee that organizes stress relief and stress reduction events. Our goal is to provide Jong TNO-ers with workshops to increase their personal effectiveness and decrease stress with fun activities.

Yearly Calendar

UYM is currently working hard on providing new events for 2022. These events will include:

  • Finding meaningful work
  • Learning to be more assertive with balancing boundaries
  • An introductory course in meditation to teach you the basics
  • Knowing your strengths
  • And Unwind Your Mind Personal Effectiveness weekend!

We usually hold events on the fourth Thursday of the month, keep an eye out on the JongTNO events page for our "UYM" events!
