Sit back, enjoy your lunch and... Master your Habits! During this 1 hour session, Lunch Learners will give you an interactive and hands-on presentation of the book Atomic Habits. The presentation will provide you the summarized learnings and key takeaways on this groundbreaking book on mastering your own habits, which explains how small changes can have a major effect on your career, your relationships, and your life.

You will learn the tools you need to become the architect of your habits. Atomic Habits describes with logical and practical examples how habits work and how you can build new habits and stop bad ones based on this knowledge. Habits consist of 4 phases that repeat themselves; cue, craving, response and reward. James Clear describes with 'The 4 Laws of Behavior Change' how you can manipulate each of these phases in such a way that you can become the master of your habits.

So register now, and learn how to master your habits! (while enjoying your lunch ;-) )

In case you have read this book already, feel free to revisit & refresh its learnings through this interactive event.
