Meet the most inspiring leaders at our leadership event!
The end of the year is approaching and so is ICA’s last special event of the year! Get ready to spend an evening together with ICA’s networks leaders and young professionals like yourself.
Indeed, together with our partner Boertien Vergouwen Overduin (BVO) we are organizing our annual “Meet the leaders” (MTL) event on the 16th of November.
Meet the Leaders is the meeting place for current and future leaders. A place where leadership is discussed and practiced. During this event you will meet leaders from all different types of expertise and industries.

- To exchange knowledge and expertise
- To discuss different career paths and development goals
- To share personal and professional stories
Evening setup:
1st round: in the first part of the evening a panel conversation with 4 leaders will be hosted by BVO. The questions they prepare will provoke some interesting conversations about leadership, diversity and inclusion.
2nd round: in the second part of the event, the leaders will be divided among small groups of participants. During this time, you will be able to participate actively in a guided discussion referring to the topic of Diversity and Inclusion, and finally ask all the questions you may have to our leaders.
The program:
- 17:30 – 18:30 Walk-in and dinner
- 18:45 – 18:50 Welcome and introduction leaders
- 18:50 – 19:30 Panel discussion
- 19:40 – 20:45 Smaller groups session
- 21:00 – 23:00 Closing drinks
Looking for leaders!
We are looking to add more inspiring leaders to attend and participate in the discussion. The topic of this year is ''Diversity and Inclusion'', a topic that is very hot and becoming more important each day. Do you have someone within your organization that would be a great asset to the evening? If so, could you email their name, job, and reasons why they would be good to go@ica.nl
Registrations:
The registrations are open for all members. As this is one of our most popular events, please note that we will ensure a fair distribution of spots between all our member companies on a first come first serve basis (there are +/- 100 spots available in total).
