General members meeting

Our annual General Members Meeting (GMM) is both an important and fun event in which we look back and -more importantly- look ahead.
There are two ways in which you can join:
- Physically. We'll be in New Babylon (DHA), the Hague, in the studio room (6.008). Register and let us know that you will be joining physically by ticking the checkbox when you register. We'll provide some nice dinner and we'll go for drinks after 🥳
- Online. You can join using this teams link. You can order dinner and we'll reimburse you for an amount up to €20. However, do make sure you register, even if you're joining via the Teams connection of another member (if you're joining them physically).
- Physically, remote. We support you joining the GMM at one of the other TNO locations! We'll pay for some extra drinks and for extended building opening times. Let us know if you want to organize this at your location.
Note that you have to be a member to be allowed to vote. Make sure you've submitted the HR service request at least before the 20th of January.
An email will follow with information about the agenda, the documents, instructions on how to vote and how to get your dinner reimbursed.
