Welcome to Leadership Essentials, an event designed for individuals who are interested in developing their leadership skills, regardless of their background or level of experience. Whether you are a current or prospective manager, team leader, or simply interested in exploring the topic of leadership, this event is for you.
During this event, we will be joined by Anne van Roosmalen, a young manager at NLvoorelkaar, who will share her experiences navigating the challenges of leadership with Dayron Leito, a senior manager at ASML. Together, they will discuss a range of topics including leadership styles, managing complaints, handling competing expectations, and exploring personal growth in leadership roles.
